My wife bought season passes for my whole family last year and we only ended up going 3 or 4 times with all of our busy schedules.
I went ahead and renewed my season pass for $99 and bought the season parking pass for $89.
I also added the unlimited drink plan plus which includes Icee’s, sodas, hot chocolate, and coffee every 15 minutes for $45. Along with the drink plan I got the all season dining for $145. For the all season dining I can get 2 meals a day, 4 hours apart.
That comes to a grand total of $378.
Daily passes run $60 and daily parking is $30. Your average meal is $17, sodas are $5.50, Icee’s are $7, and Hot Chocolate is $7.
If I go to the park and eat 1 meal, drink 1 soda, and 1 Icee that will give me the equivalent of $119.50 in value.
I would basically need to do that 3.16 times to break even.
Here is the kicker and what makes this whole plan feasible. I work 15 minutes away from the park. I can dip in for dinner and a roller coast ride whenever I want.
