I stopped by Athena Burger for my traditional KSF dinner.
Once dinner was finished, I headed over to the park and got there about 6:45 pm. There was a long line that I had to walk along to get to the end of it and join. Once in line, it moved very quickly, and I got up to the front. I brought along some more ghosts to hide in the Ghost Town area this time. I sent this picture to the KSF Fans group on FaceBook with a quick blurb as to hiding location this week.
Once inside, I headed over to The Gauntlet to check on my lone surviving ghost and it was still there. I sent a couple of pictures to the post that I made on FB and headed into the Chilling Chambers maze.
While I was in the maze, someone posted on FB that they went and found that ghost which was pretty cool. I then hid a ghost in Forsaken Lake in one of the same spots from last week, and went over to the Ghost Town area to my favorite spot to get ICEES and the Cherry flavor was out of service. I went to the central square area to get an ICEE there instead and stopped by the brick wall area and left a ghost in the left side corner where the 2 walls meet.
The magic show in the Birdcage Theatre starts at 8:00 pm so I cruised through Ghost Town and placed 4 more ghosts on my way to the theatre. I posted the pics/locations on the FB group before I went in.
The magic show was very entertaining and while I was in watching it, someone found the ghost in front of the undertaker shop and left a bracelet for me to pickup in the same spot.
After the show, I picked up my second ICEE, placed a couple more ghosts, and went to the Ghost Rider area. The line for the Mary and Zoo mazes were an hour each so I went through the Widows, and Eight Finger Nine mazes instead.
After those mazes, I headed back to the town square and got my third ICEE, and headed over to the In The Fog art show. I have paid for a 3′ x 4′ wall section in the Gallifrey One Art show which is part of a Dr. Who convention in February. There is a couple of pieces in the KSF art show that I am using as inspiration for the pieces that I am making for the Dr. Who art show.
By this time it was nearly 10:00 pm so I hung out in the Carnevil area for a while and then headed over to the Goring 20’s and went through the Room 13 and The Grimoire mazes. I walked around some after that and placed my last ghost around 11:15 pm. I sat in line at the snack bar in ghost town to finally find out that their hot chocolate machine was broken. Since I could get hot chocolate, I grabbed fourth and final ICEE for the night. I cruised around for another 15 minutes checking to see which ghosts were left and then finally headed out of the park around 11:45 pm.
Over all, I hid 8 new ghosts and 3 of them were found along with the one in The Gauntlet makes 4 found. I was there for 5 hours, gained a CARNEVIL bracelet, drank 4 ICEES, and walked about 12,000 steps.
